Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of CloudService, a prepaid platform for AI Web Chat, Studio, and OpenAI-compatible and Claude-compatible API access operated at cloudservice.services.
This document is provided for transparency; contact our support page with questions. By creating a CloudService account, purchasing credits or tokens, or using any CloudService surface, you agree to these terms.
1. About CloudService
CloudService (“CloudService,” “we,” “us”) is operated by CloudService (independently operated online service). The service resells access to third-party (“upstream”) AI providers under stable CloudService model names. It presents OpenAI-compatible and Claude-compatible API endpoints, a browser Web Chat, and a Studio surface, and it proxies your requests to the relevant upstream provider.
- Public operator
- CloudService (independently operated online service)
- Business address
- Available before purchase from CloudService support and on the applicable payment receipt.
- Pre-contract verification
- our support page
Access is prepaid. You buy a USD credit balance or a fixed token allowance in advance, and usage is drawn down against that balance. CloudService is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any upstream AI provider. Upstream model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Accounts and API keys
A CloudService account is identified by a username and authenticated by possession of a CloudService API key — there is no password. Your API key is a bearer credential: anyone who holds it can spend your balance and act as you. You are responsible for keeping it secret.
- Do not share, publish, embed in client-side code, or commit your API key to version control.
- Store keys in a secret manager or environment variable, never in plain text you might expose.
- All usage and charges incurred through your key are your responsibility, including use by anyone you allow to hold it.
- If you believe a key is compromised, rotate it from your dashboard and contact support promptly.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in compliance with the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout and for the security of any email address or private status link associated with your purchase.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CloudService to do, or to attempt or enable others to do, any of the following:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or that facilitates serious harm to people.
- Produce malware, run coordinated abuse, send spam, or attempt to breach, overload, probe, or disrupt CloudService, its upstream providers, or their infrastructure.
- Circumvent, resell around, or misrepresent rate limits, billing modes, provider scope, or the intended use of an issued key.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract credentials, other customers’ data, or non-public system details.
- Represent CloudService’s output as coming directly from an upstream provider, or otherwise misrepresent the source or nature of the service.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you use. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose; review it before relying on it, and do not use it as a sole basis for decisions with legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences.
4. Upstream provider policies
Because CloudService proxies your requests to upstream AI providers, those providers’ own usage policies, acceptable-use rules, and content restrictions flow through to you and apply to your use. An upstream provider may refuse, filter, rate-limit, or block a request independently of CloudService.
Upstream availability, model behavior, pricing inputs, and policies can change without notice and are outside our control. We may adjust which upstream serves a given CloudService model, or retire a model, where a provider changes or discontinues its offering.
5. Prepaid credits and tokens
CloudService offers two prepaid billing modes: a USD API-credit balance drawn down against published model rates, and a fixed provider-scoped token allowance drawn down by counted tokens. The billing mode, provider scope, and username tied to a key are permanent for that key.
- New checkouts are processed only by the payment methods shown as available at checkout, which may include PayPal, Cryptomus, PayU, or Razorpay. A temporarily disabled processor is removed from new checkout while its earlier transaction records remain available for reconciliation, refunds, and disputes. The exact total, including any applicable processing fee, is shown before you confirm payment.
- Credits and token allowances are prepaid, tied to your account, non-transferable, and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy.
- Prices, model rates, packs, and fees may change. Changes are not retroactive to a completed purchase, but they apply to purchases you make after the change.
- Crypto network fees, exchange-rate movement, and processor charges are separate from CloudService pricing and are not controlled by us.
Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are governed by our Refund Policy. Our usage and billing records are the authoritative measure of consumption for any billing question.
6. Service availability
CloudService is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service, any surface, any model, or any upstream provider will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Maintenance, upstream outages, capacity limits, and factors outside our control can affect availability.
The public status page reflects current reachability only and is not a service-level commitment or an uptime guarantee. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, no service-level guarantee applies.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudService is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudService (independently operated online service) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including reliance on AI-generated output. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to CloudService for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations toward the people your use of CloudService affects.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a key or account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of these terms, in a way that harms the service, its upstream providers, or other customers, or as required to comply with law or an upstream provider’s requirements.
You may stop using CloudService at any time. Where an account is terminated for cause, or where you request closure, any remaining balance is handled under our Refund Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits — survive.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms and each transaction are governed by The mandatory law applicable to the operator and the customer transaction. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
Disputes are subject to A court or dispute forum with lawful jurisdiction over the transaction. Before filing a claim, contact our support page with the order ID and requested resolution so both sides can try to resolve it promptly.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of CloudService after that point constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the service.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support page. Please never include a full API key, wallet secret, recovery phrase, or private status link in a support message — share only your CloudService order ID and the details requested.
